Personal? Clueless?

Why do people make the decisions they do? Why do they think even dangerous things that can affect us further in careers are good for the time being? I just want to know the reason, is it to fit in? or is it out of frustration to just get it off their chest? ; even though the answer depends on the situation I would like to get in someones mind for a day and see what their reason is. In Identical by Ellen Hopkins Raeanne makes the decisions she does
because she faces lot of stress and she basically has no other way to escape the stress. Her way of relieving herself is not the best but it seems like her body takes over her mind and makes the decisions.

Raeanne relieves her stress by smoking with her friends , partying and having sex , their not the best things to do when your a teenager but once again its like her body is controlling her and shes not head over toes about it. Her conflicts in life are steering her in the wrong direction but at the same time she thinks what shes doing is right for her which is sort of a win/win situation because shes living her life but at the same time its not really benefiting her because shes harming her body.

Sometimes when I get in stressful situations and I start to build anger I try to just shake it off and try to resolve it without violence because its definitely not the answer, others might think they know whats good for them but sometimes a helping hand could help to steer in the right direction. I'm not Raeanne and i'm not trying to change her but theres other ways to get out of situations when things even seem bleak , I think she should maybe see a counselor that would definitely be a good mentor. It could solve her stress and also how she takes care of those issues.

Interview with Vampire... *a little spoiler but shouldn't be too bad*

I quit my previous book by Sharon Draper seeing it was very unrealistic and a bit easy. I say this because characters didn't have no particular feeling to certain things and they were very dry and dead. Overall this book was very unreal and boring so i decided to pick up an adult book and read it named "Interview With The Vampire" by Anne Rice. I have to say this is so far a WAY, better read than "Just Another Hero" since the book so far includes suspense, action, and good dialogue which I say makes a book good for me in my opinion.

I'm mainly going to talk about the vampire character because he is unique in his own way and it interest me how he sort of thinks of the world. I think the vampire sorta has a different personality because he doesn't see the world like any normal person would , like when his brother died he really didn't have any feeling and he didn't mope around mourning the loss. Instead he studied his brothers death trying to find how this incident happened without no fear. I wondered why did he investigate this situation so much? and not the cops because maybe he could have done something to cause this death? or maybe he just felt pain inside but didn't show it outside and kept strong.

The characters are fluent and good people so I like this book so far because its mixed with reality and a slight bit of fake since it involves vampires which is very smart.
